Directions
Who: Weight training individuals and bodybuilders, team sports competitors and ‘hard gainers’
When: Use between meals or 60-90 minutes prior to exercise and/or within 30 minutes after exercise as a recovery formula.
How: Add 120g (3 raised scoops) to 400ml of water or other beverage. Shake or blend until mixed and serve.
Consume up to 3 serves a day.
