Nice Tasting Chewable Tablet

I'm using these in conjunction with diet to help with GERD and problems arising from a hiatus hernia. I had previously been taking prescribed medication which worked well, but I found it's been withdrawn from the market in the US and felt it best to stop using it. So far I haven't had any problems with indigestion/reflux or stomach pain and think the probiotics have helped. Along with taking BioGaia Gastrus I've cut out dark chocolate, cheese, and fatty, spicy and acidic foods. Will definitely continue taking this product as it also contains a strain of L. reuteri that has shown good results in trials in relation to bone health - which is something else I've had to take medication for in the past.
