Ensure Powder, when mixed with water, makes a drink that provides complete and balanced nutrition for use as a meal replacement, or as supplement.
Ensure provides essential fatty acid (linoleic and linolenic) and is low in saturated fat and cholesterol for people who desire a healthy diet. Ensure also contains fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS) for gastrointestinal tract health.
When using Ensure under physician or dietitian supervision, be sure to follow directions carefully.
Ensure may be used to supplement the diet, to increase caloric and protein intake, or to maintain good nutrition. Additionally, Ensure may be substituted for meals, or portions of meals, to gain or maintain weight.
Ensure is free of gluten.

To prepare a 230ml serving, put 195ml of cold water in glass. Gradually add 6 level scoops (scoop enclosed) or 53.5g of Ensure powder, while stirring and mix until dissolved.

Opened can should be covered and stored in a cool, dry place, but NOT refrigerated. Once opened, use contents within 3 weeks. Reconstituted Ensure should be used promptly or covered, refrigerated and used within 24 hours.
