Adults:
Starting dose:
1 tablet, twice daily.
Maintenance dose:
1 tablet daily or switch to Harmony Menopause.
Or take as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
Tablets can be taken with water or juice, before meals or one hour before meals.
Use only as directed and seek medical advice if symptoms persist. Discontinue use if you develop sensitivity to the formula.
