Inner Health Daily Immune contains the 2 probiotics Lactobacillus plantarum HEAL9 and Lactobacillus paracasei 8700:2. A clinical trial* was done over a 12 week period on the use of these 2 probitoics for strengthening the body immune defence against common cold virus infection. It was concluded that a combination of these 2 probiotics may help to reduce the risk of common cold episodes, number of days with common cold symptoms, frequency and severity of symptoms.
