Natural Vitality Calmful Muscle is a delicious watermelon-flavored formula designed to ease tired, sore, or cramping muscles. It features the same easily-absorbable magnesium found in Natural Vitaliy Natural Calm, plus a unique combination of the amino acid L-carnitine and the enzyme bromelain to help tired muscles relax and recover.
Active ingredients per 2 teaspoons:
Magnesium (as magnesium carbonate) 300mg
L-Carnitine L-tartrate 1g
Bromelain (17 GDU) 209mg
Organic beet (root) powder 200mg
Other ingredients: Citric acid, organic natural watermelon flavour with other natural flavours, stevia (leaf) extract.
Contains no dairy, egg, soy, wheat, preservatives or artificial colour or flavour.
Magnesium carbonate and citric acid, when combined with water, create ionic magnesium citrate.
Individual needs may vary. Start with rounded half teaspoon (1.6g) daily and gradually increase to two rounded teaspoons (6.3g) per day as needed.
Place powder in a cup, add a small amount of hot water. Let it fizz, then stir until dissolved. Fill with warm or cold water and enjoy.
You can also simply add to a glass or bottle of cold water.
