Directions
A 4g dose of No.2 delivers 3.5g of Psyllium Husk Powder.
Adults 12+ years: Take 1 to 3 teaspoons daily.
Children 6 - 12: Take half a teaspoon 1 to 3 times daily.
Children under 6: Consult a doctor.
Spoon your dose of No.2 into a glass and pour over at least 1 cup (250ml) of water. Stir vigorously then drink immediately. Works well in your morning smoothie or sprinkled on your cereal. Make sure you drink lots of water.
For new users - start slow! Take 1 teaspoon daily and gradually increase as necessary. as your body adjusts, you may experience minor bloating.
