Magnesium is a mineral that is critical for energy production and metabolism, muscle contraction, nerve impulse transmission, and bone mineralization. Other Ingredients: Hydroxypropyl Cellulose, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Vegetarian Coating, Croscarmellose Sodium, Stearic Acid (vegetable source) and Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source).

Directions
