Nutra-Life Cranberry 50000 is made with unique, high-potency combination of CRAN-MAX® (a scientifically-researched Cranberry extract) and pure, whole cranberry fruit powder. Each capsule provides you with the equivalent of 50g of fresh cranberry fruit. That's equal to more than 35 fresh cranberries in every capsule!
The cell linings of the urinary tract are coated with mucous which prevents bacteria from adhering to the urinary tract walls. Infection occurs from bacteria growth within the urinary tract. Cranberries contain proanthocyanidins, which have been found to prevent urinary tract infection causing bacteria, E. coli from adhering to the walls of the urinary tract and colonising there causing infection.
Cranberries also help mask urinary odours associated with incontinence.
CRAN-MAX® is a clinically tested cranberry extract proven to be effective in the reduction of lower urinary tract infections such a cystitis. The unique CRAN-MAX® extract combines cranberry fruit with cranberry juice concentrate to replicate the phytochemical profile of whole cranberries. This process maintains high level of therapeutically active phytochemicals including organic acid, anthocyanins, proanthocyanins and lignins.
