Optifast VLCD™ Bars are delicious, convenient and ready to eat. Replace all meals with three bars (60g each). Additionally, consume at least 2 litres of calorie free fluids and 2 cups of low starch vegetables per day, with a teaspoon of vegetable oil. A program of regular light exercise enhances wellbeing and the likelihood of success.
