Horopito can be used as a mild antiseptic in hot baths. It is traditionally used by the Maori for skin diseases and to heal wounds, rashes and irritated skin. Having a hot bath with a tablespoon of these Horopito bath salts will sooth any skin irritations and provide a relaxing relief to achy joints.
Ingredients
Sodium chloride, magnesium sulphate, sodium bicarbonate, horopito, sulpur (flower of sulphate), copper sulphate.
Directions
Add 1 tablespoon (approximately 10g) to warm bath water.
