Inositol is considered a B Factor related to the B Complex vitamins. It is a primary component of cellular membranes and plays an important role in healthy cell function and cell growth. It is also a component of lecithin.

Also contains vegetable capsule shell (hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose), Anti-caking agents (vegetable magnesium stearate, vegetable stearic acid, silicon dioxide).
Free of gluten, wheat, dairy, soy, yeast, preservatives, sweeteners, artificial flavours or colours.
Adults: Take 1 to 3 vegetable capsules daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
